The secretary of the association prepares a report on each presentation. These reports are provided to donors and sponsors of Gabrielle on a regular basis.
A detailed record of the presentations is permanently updated, and is available upon request
A survey of children that have already participated in a presentation showed that each one passes the message of Gabrielle on the subject of AIDS to around ten people: parents, siblings, friends, amounting in total to around 260.000 people in the vicinity of Pointe Noire and Dolisie at June 30,2010. This figure does not take account of the repeat presentations made regularly by the teachers at the schools visited, to other groups of children at the school, to further spread the message of Gabrielle.
It is to be noted that the work of Gabrielle is approved by the Congolese Education, Health Directorate and the CNLS ( National Committee for the struggle against AIDS).
Gabrielle will perform a survey during the 4th quarter of 2010 in order to assess the impact of gabrielle's message on the behaviour of children educated in 2004, 5 and 6.
When the financial ressources will be available, GABRIELLE will expand its action first on the whole Congo, then on Gabon, Rwanda and South Africa which have asked GABRIELLE to bring in its skill and know how. Funds raising actions are launched in that respect.
