Gabrielle is an association registered in Brest, France under Law 1901, on 8th march 2004. Entirely independent, the association survives solely on donations of money or goods/services from companies, local organizations, private individuals and Congolese authorities.
Membership of the association is voluntarily limited to the founders and active participants in the work of Gabrielle.
